A product purchased on littloo.in is eligible for return within the return period mentioned in the table below if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Product delivered is different from what was ordered
- Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when the package was opened.
- The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “ In the Box” was missing.

The return has to be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- The duration of the Amount Refund to the customer would be around 20-25 days and the mode of payment refund would be (NEFT/Google pay/PhonePe/Paytm etc.)
